Australia - Greg Robertson, 25, was spearfishing off the coast near Brisbane with his girlfriend when a wave knocked the gun out of his hands. As he rushed over rocks to retireve it another wave pushed Mr Robertson onto the weapon, which fired into his thigh, just missing his genitals.
