Florida News- An inmate escaped from the Central Florida Reception Center in Orlando and is believed to have fled in a white Florida Corrections van. The escapee was identified as 35-year-old James Russell. He has a mole on the left side of his face, no bottom teeth, and was last seen wearing a blue prison inmate jumpsuit, driving a white Ford E350, 15-passenger van bearing a yellow Florida Corrections tag DC7217....More
