CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, California - An alleged male escort was arrested Friday night on suspicion of strangling a 66-year-old Bay Point man, stealing a custom-made gold-plated flute and then setting the man's house on fire, Contra Costa County Sheriff's Capt.
