Man offers drugs to agent at rummage sale

CALEDONIA, Wisconsin - A county agent reportedly found drugs and sex for sale at a rummage sale. A Racine County Metro Drug Unit agent went to 4549 Lora St. when David M. Neau, 25, held a rummage sale. Neau reportedly told the agent he could get anything he wanted, including ?marijuana, cocaine, ecstasy, heroin, prescription pills, guns and prostitutes,? according to the complaint.
