DAVIE, Florida - Police have arrested a 21-year-old woman accused of having her boyfriend killed for $200. Jose Manuel Matute-Hernandez was fatally shot on his living room couch. Authorities arrested his girlfriend, Sibia Martinez, Jose Suarez and Cesar Banegas for orchestrating the death. All three have been charged with premeditated murder.
