U.N. Medical Services: 8 doctors, 11 nurses, $38 million
New York - With a budget of $38 million - the occupational health clinic at the United Nations should have all the resources it needs to meet any kind of emergency. Yet the U.N. Medical Services Division says anyone who suffers a life-threatening condition at work in N.Y., call 911. Director, Dr. Brian Davey, is not licensed to practice medicine in New York state.
