Herlip punches female paramedic in the face

Hawaii - A Honolulu man has been charged with second-degree assault for allegedly attacking a female paramedic who was trying to help him. Bail for Herlip Nowell, 64, is set at $11,000. Investigators say two female paramedics, ages 32 and 28, were called to 1525 Rycroft Street and found Nowell lying in a hallway.
