Man Charged In Pantyhose Prank Calls

Pennsylvania - Police say a central Pennsylvania man random made phone calls — sometimes more than 400 in a single day — and tried to get women to engage in sexually explicit conversations about pantyhose. Upper Allen Township police say 43-year-old Rip Alan Swartz turned himself in to face harassment charges. Investigators say he placed calls to businesses across the country over the last five years.
