RACINE, Wisconsin - A man accused of repeatedly molesting a 9-year-old girl told police the abuse was the girl?s fault. He admitted to a host of abuses against the girl, starting when she was 6 years old. The story he gave police portrayed himself as the girl?s victim, and he said she asked him to touch her.
