Landry Boullard was watching the film "Shutter Island" at a Cinemark Theater in Lancaster back in February when a woman he was with was repeatedly shushed by another patron. Iran - An Iranian woman convicted of adultery will not be stoned to death but may still face execution in the Islamic Republic. Sakineh Mohammadi Ashtiani, 42, a mother of two, was found guilty of adultery in 2006. She has already spent five years in prison and endured 99 lashes for her illicit relationship with two men, but she still is condemned to be put to death. Tulare County - A Tulare County Superior Court judge will hear arguments today on whether a man convicted of illegally possessing and transporting marijuana should get back a portion of the pot seized by Exeter police. Southfield said he plans to ask for the return of his 4 pounds of marijuana and for the rest to be given to the three people for whom he grew it.
