Stupid News:Man Slashes Friend in Throat During Fight for Shotgun Seat
SHREVEPORT, Louisiana - A 34-year-old Rodessa man is in custody accused of cutting his friend's throat with a box cutter.
Caddo Parish Sheriff Steve Prator says Richard Lee Brooks Junior, was booked Monday on charges of aggravated second-degree battery and possession of a concealed weapon by a convicted felon.
