Mall cop tazes customer, took 15 minutes to revive him

GREENDALE, Wisconsin - A police detective tased a man in Southridge Mall Saturday. The 20-year-old man fell to the floor and unresponsive. Everyone in that part of the mall stopped what they were doing. They were practically silent as they watched rescue workers struggle to bring him back.---...More
