Florida - A Southern California man faces charges of releasing the anchor on a moving cruise ship heading from Costa Maya, Mexico, to Tampa. The FBI reports that 44-year-old Rick Ehlert of Thousand Oaks was a passenger on Holland America’s MS Ryndam.
