Santa Barbara - Randy Quaid and his wife have a felony arrest warrant with their names on it, RadarOnline.com is reporting. The ‘Kingpin’ actor and his better half, Evi, are being investigated by the Santa Barbara County Police Dept. for allegedly dashing on a $10,000 hotel bill.
