Neb. police arrest boy for DUI, hit-and-run crash

LINCOLN, Neb. (AP) -- Lincoln police said a 12-year-old boy was drunk when he stole a car, hit three objects and tried to flee. But a 41-year-old neighbor chased down the boy, tackled him and held him until police arrived to arrest him Tuesday night. Lincoln police Chief Tom Casady said the boy took a 1988 Honda that had the keys in it from a Kwik Shop.
